BIOGRAPHY: Graduated Rutgers in 1859, student at Harvard 1861-62.Admitted to NJ bar as attorney in 1862, as counsellor in 1865. Onnov. 1, 1897 appointed judge in the court of errors and appeals,served until 1916, when he retired.
MILITARY: Major in 28th Infantry.

Hutchinson in charge. The body was taken tothe Soldier Valley Cemetery for burial.
