This photo of William Elroy Gowen was taken around 1893. William was John Brackett Gowen’s second son. William married Kate Francis Brace in North Loup Nebraska 26 Jul 1890. They had two boys, John and Ward (Wardner). She died 27 Mar 1893, 25 days after giving birth to Ward, she was 24. After Kate died, William married Myra Babcock. |
